This website (chub.ae) is operated and managed by Creative Hub Trade Center LLC-SP, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to CHUB.
By accessing our website or using our fulfillment services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
CHUB provides third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment services including but not limited to:
• Inventory storage
• Order picking and packing
• Shipment preparation
• Courier coordination
• Inventory tracking
• Reporting dashboard access
CHUB does not own the products stored and does not act as the seller of goods.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
• Provide accurate product information
• Ensure goods are legally permitted in the UAE
• Provide correct shipping details
• Comply with UAE laws and regulations
• Ensure products are properly labeled before inbound delivery
CHUB reserves the right to refuse storage of prohibited or hazardous goods.
4. Storage Fees
Storage fees are charged based on agreed CBM allocation or pallet space.
Billing is calculated monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Order Processing
Orders submitted before the agreed daily cut-off time will be processed the same day (business days only).
Processing times may vary during peak periods.
6. Liability
CHUB's liability for loss or damage is limited to the lower of: AED 1,000 per incident OR the cost price of the damaged goods.
CHUB is not responsible for:
• Courier delays
• Force majeure events
• Incorrect shipping details provided by client
• Product defects or manufacturing issues
7. Insurance
Clients are responsible for arranging insurance coverage for stored inventory unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the signed service contract.
Outstanding balances must be settled before inventory release.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.
