Does AED 100 cover a whole shelf?
AED 100 is the monthly price for one storage unit within a shelf, not the full shelf. You can rent one unit and add more when needed.
Can I rent for just one month?
Yes. You can rent for a single month. There is no requirement to commit to multiple months.
Is delivery the same price across the UAE?
Yes. Pick, pack and delivery are AED 25 per order anywhere in the UAE, including the Western Region. COD handling is an additional AED 5 when applicable.
Can I start with storage only?
Yes. Start with one unit of storage and use fulfilment services when you need them.
What should I do before bringing stock?
Create your products on your own website, then submit their details and quantities through the inbound section of your CHUB portal. Our team checks the goods on arrival and records accepted and rejected quantities with reasons.
When will my customers receive their orders?
Orders received before 2pm are scheduled for courier handover that working day. Standard delivery is next business day to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and two business days elsewhere. Remote-area schedules and special services vary.
Is showroom display included in my rental?
Your storage unit is primarily for online-order fulfilment. Showroom display is an additional benefit and is complimentary for now. It will be priced separately in the future.
How do walk-in customers pay?
Customers scan the brand's QR code and pay directly through that brand's store. Brands using nolo have a quick payment link for walk-in shoppers: scan the code, add items and pay with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay, without completing the full checkout form. It works like a simple in-store checkout on the customer's phone. Purchases from different brands currently use separate checkouts.
